THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 22-54 LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.

The village manager may immediately suspend or revoke a raffle license issued pursuant to this Article VI if the village manager determines that the licensee or any licensed raffle does not comply with any of the provisions of this Article VI or of the Illinois Raffles and Poker Runs Act, 230 ILCS 150/0.01 et seq.
