§ 22-48 RAFFLE MANAGER.
   Each application for a raffle license shall designate one individual as the raffle manager. The raffle manager must be a bona fide member of the applicant organization. The raffle manager shall supervise the operation and conduct of the raffle for the applicant organization. Along with the application, the raffle manager shall tender a fidelity bond in favor of the organization conditioned on the faithful performance of assigned duties. The manager shall give a fidelity bond in an amount determined by the Village Manager in favor of the licensee conditioned upon the manager's honesty in performance of the manager's duties. The premium for such bond may be reimbursed from the gross receipts of the raffle. Terms of the bond shall provide that notice shall be given in writing to the village manager not less than 30 days prior to its cancellation. The said bond requirement shall be waived, and a provision to that effect shall be included in the license, if the raffle manager submits to the village manager proof that the members of the applicant organization have unanimously voted in favor of a request that the bond requirement be waived.
