(a) Employees, independent contractors, and other persons performing work for local businesses are prohibited from parking in the standard parking zone during business hours, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and must obtain from the Village "B Permit" parking passes and park their vehicles in designated B permit parking areas outside the central business district.
(b) B Permits shall be provided by the Village on an annual basis and, upon receipt, must be displayed on the rearview mirror and visible through the front windshield of the vehicle.
(c) B Permit holders that park vehicles in the central business district, in violation of this section, are subject to penalties as described in § 23-102.
(d) In addition, at all times during which a B Permit holder is working on behalf of the business in question, business district employers shall be jointly and severally responsible for any of their workers' violations of this section.
