§ 36-27 TURNING OFF WATER FOR FAILURE TO PAY BILL WITHIN 60 DAYS.
   If, at the end of 60 days from the date of the original water bill, (and subject to the issuance of a final notice as provided for in chapter 34A), the full amount of the bill has not been paid and no payment plan has been approved by the village manager or the manager's duly authorized designee, the water supply shall be shut off from the building, structure or premises involved and not turned on until the unpaid bills for water consumed and charges for shutting off and turning on such supply of water are paid by the consumer, as provided in § 36-16.
