§ 36-19 LOCATION OF WATER METERS; SPECIFICATIONS FOR BOXES OR VAULTS FOR METERS.
   Water meters shall be located at such place, within or without the premises and in such manner as the superintendent of water shall direct. Boxes or vaults in which meters are to be placed shall be made in accordance with specifications prescribed by the superintendent of water.
