§ 36-1 POLLUTING WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN, ETC.
   No person shall throw, place or deposit, or cause to be thrown, placed or deposited, or permit his or her servant, child or other member of his or her family to throw, place or deposit into any street, alley, lot, public way or public ground, or upon the margin or banks of, or into the waters of Lake Michigan, within the village, any putrid or unsound beef, pork, fish, hides or skins or any kind, or any filth, offal, dung, dead animals, decomposed vegetables or any other unsound, putrid, filthy, decomposed, unwholesome or offensive matter whatsoever, or any substance liable to become unwholesome, filthy, decomposed or offensive or prejudicial or injurious to health.
