§ 34A-3 CUMULATIVE REMEDY; NO WAIVER.
   (a)   The enforcement procedures set forth in this chapter shall be cumulative with, and alternative to, any applicable procedures provided in any administrative regulations or provisions of the village, any other provision of this code, or any state statute. To the extent that procedures and remedies provided in this chapter and in any administrative regulations or provisions of the village, other provisions of the code and state statutes are not inconsistent, they may be enforced simultaneously.
   (b)   Where procedures established in this chapter are inconsistent with procedures established by any administrative regulations or provisions of the village, other provisions of this code or state statutes, the village may, except where limited by law, elect which procedure it will employ, based solely on a criterion of selecting the most efficient and effective procedure, considering the facts and circumstances involved in each particular case.
   (c)   The failure of the village to follow the procedures in any section of this chapter shall not constitute a waiver of its rights to proceed under administrative regulations and provisions of the village, other provisions of this chapter, this code or applicable state statutes.
