§ 34-6 HEIGHT OF PARKWAY SHRUBS.
   No shrub on a parkway shall be permitted to grow or remain at a greater height than two and one-half feet from the ground; except, that shrubs planted or maintained to screen a public parking lot from the street pavement may be permitted to grow or remain at a height prescribed by the village manager, but not greater than six feet from the ground.
