§ 34-4 PLANTING IN PUBLIC PLACES - PERMIT REQUIRED; APPROVAL OF LOCATION.
   It shall be unlawful to plant any tree or shrub in any public place without having secured a permit therefor from the village manager. The location of any such tree or shrub shall be subject to the approval of the village manager.
