(a) The business or firm name of the holder of the taxicab license, and the name of such licensee, shall be painted, in letters at least three inches in height, on both sides and on the rear of each taxicab licensed and operated under the provisions of this article. Each taxicab shall be numbered on both sides and on the rear with numerals not less than two inches in height. No two taxicabs operated by the same licensee shall have the same number.
(b) Each licensee shall have his or her taxicabs painted and lettered in such design and color scheme as shall be approved by the village manager.
