It shall be unlawful for any taxicab driver to conduct himself or herself in other than a gentlemanly manner at all times while in charge of a taxicab, or to smoke while passengers are in his or her taxicab, or to shout or call to operators of other taxicabs, or to use profane or boisterous language.
