§ 32-14 SAME - FINGERPRINTING AND PHOTOGRAPHING OF APPLICANT; RECORD OF CHIEF OF POLICE AS TO TAXICAB DRIVERS.
   (a)   Every applicant for a taxicab driver's license shall be fingerprinted and photographed by the chief of police of the village. Every applicant for a taxicab driver's license shall present himself or herself to the chief of police of the village to be fingerprinted and photographed.
   (b)   A record shall be kept by the chief of police in his or her office containing every taxicab driver's fingerprint, photograph, his or her name and address and the application filled out by the applicant.
