Permanent survey monuments constructed of iron pipe not less than one inch in diameter and 30 inches long, or as other wise approved by the village engineer, shall be installed at all street corners, at all points where street lines intersect the exterior boundaries of the proposed subdivision, and at angle points and points of curve in each street.
