Persons who are licensed to do business under the provisions of this article shall file an annual bond in the sum of $10,000, with sureties to be approved by the village manager, conditioned to indemnify and hold the village harmless from any loss, damage, claim or liability arising out of or resulting from the conduct or operation of such business or the doing or failure to do any act in connection therewith.
