§ 30-65 BASE LINES DESIGNATED; STARTING NUMBERS; DIRECTIONS OF NUMERICAL INCREASE.
   (a)   All lots or houses located on the north and south streets and on all streets running in a northerly and southerly direction shall be numbered from a line passing through the intersection of the south village boundary line and the west line of Green Bay Road and at right angles to the right-of-way of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company as a base line, beginning with No. l at such base line and increasing toward the north.
   (b)   All lots or houses located on east or west streets or on streets running in an easterly and westerly direction shall be numbered from a line 3,000 feet easterly from and parallel with the westerly line of the right-of-way of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company, exclusive of station grounds, as a base line, beginning with No. l at such base line and increasing towards the west.
