§ 30-29 EXCAVATION AND TUNNELING PERMIT - REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make any excavation in any street, parkway, alley or public place, or to tunnel under any street, parkway, alley or public place in the village without having obtained a permit therefor.
