§ 30-14 COMPLIANCE WITH OFFICIAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   All sidewalks constructed in the village shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved from time to time by the president and board of trustees. It shall be unlawful to deviate in any material way from the plans and specifications for a sidewalk incorporated pursuant to § 30-12 in the permit therefor required by this article.
