(a) It shall be unlawful to cast, throw or propel any missile on any street, alley or public place or to throw or deposit any glass, nails, tacks or other similar articles on any street, sidewalk or alley in the village.
(b) In addition to the above, it shall also be unlawful for any person to deposit on any street or sidewalk any material which may be harmful to the pavement or any waste material, or anything which might cause injury to any animal, vehicle or person.
