§ 27-13 REMOVAL OF PROHIBITED TRACKS AND APPURTENANCES.
   The president of the village is hereby authorized to remove immediately any tracks, sidings, side tracks, switches or switching tracks and other appurtenances which may be laid in violation of the two preceding sections.
