§ 27-11 PLACING TRACKS, ETC., ON STREETS, ETC. - GENERALLY.
   No tracks, sidings, side tracks, switch tracks, turnouts, frogs, switches or rails shall be placed in or across any portion of a street, alley or highway without special permission from the board of trustees.
