§ 27-10 PERMISSION REQUIRED TO MAKE CERTAIN DEPOSITS ON STREETS; LOADING AND UNLOADING ON STREETS RESTRICTED; ERECTIONS, ETC., OF STRUCTURES ON STREETS.
   No railroad shall deposit or place in any street, alley or highway any car, engine, wagon, lumber, wood, coal or other material except by the written permission of the board of trustees. No railroad shall load or unload any car from or upon any street, alley or highway except by the written permission of the board of trustees. No railroad shall erect or maintain any switchhouse or other building upon any street, alley or highway within the village, except by the written permission of the board of trustees.
