THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 27-1 DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

CROSSING. Any intersection of railroad right-of-way with any street, alley, highway or other public thoroughfare in the village.

RAILROAD. Any railroad or railway firm, company or corporation and any owner or lessee of a railroad track.
