§ 25-12 ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD.
   The village manager shall cause to be kept in the village manager’s office an accurate record of every solicitation permit application received and acted on, together with all relevant information and material pertaining thereto. Permit applications shall be numbered as determined by the village manager, and every permit issued pursuant to this article and any renewal thereof shall be identified with the number of the application on which it was issued.
