§ 25-3 EXEMPTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
   Individuals under the age of 18 are not required to obtain a solicitation permit, and are not required to pay fees or submit fingerprint records pursuant to § 25-4 of this article, for the following limited solicitation purposes, provided that such solicitation complies in all other respects with the provisions of this article:
   (a)   Charitable solicitation on behalf of an entity that has submitted advance notice to the village’s department of public safety of the time, date, and location of such charitable solicitation and a listing of the names of all individuals under the age of 18 who will conduct charitable solicitation on behalf of the entity; and
   (b)   Solicitation on the individual’s own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or entity, for services the individual will personally provide (e.g., babysitting, lawn mowing).
