§ 24-35 LOAFING, CONGREGATING, ETC., ON PUBLIC PROPERTY GENERALLY.
   No person shall obstruct, lounge or loaf on or congregate upon any public street, alley, avenue, park, parkway or any other public place within the village after being requested to move on by any public officer.
