§ 24-26 SAME - LOTTERIES AND PUNCHBOARDS.
   No person shall keep, maintain, direct or manage or aid in the keeping, maintaining, directing or managing, within the village, of any lottery or punchboard for the drawing or disposing of money or any other property or thing whatsoever.
