§ 24-2 AIRCRAFT - LANDING.
   No person shall land any aircraft at any location within the village, except for an emergency landing necessary to prevent possible loss of life; except, that the board of trustees may authorize specific persons to land aircraft at specific locations for specific purposes. The regulations in this section shall not apply to emergency medical service operations and training determined to be necessary or beneficial to the public health, safety, and welfare by the Director of Public Safety.
