(a) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be fined for each offense as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule.

(b) Where the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule provides for increases in fines based on the number of previous violations of a section of this article, the number of violations shall be calculated on a continuing rolling basis.
