§ 23-97 MAXIMUM PARKING TIME PERMITTED; PARKING FEES; OVERTIME PARKING.
   (a)   Standard parking zone. Upon parking a vehicle in a parking space located in a standard parking zone, such vehicle shall be permitted to occupy such parking space for not more than the time period posted, or, if no time period is posted for such parking space, not more than 120 consecutive minutes.
   (b)   Daytime parking zone. Upon displaying a proper parking pass in a daytime parking zone as required by § 23-96, the parking space may be lawfully occupied until required to be vacated pursuant to § 23-98 of this article. Subject to the approval by motion of the board of trustees, the village manager shall from time to time establish a schedule that designates the fees and duration for parking passes then in effect.
   (c)   Overtime parking. Except as provided in § 23-98 of this article, if any vehicle shall remain in any parking zone beyond the time limits herein established, or without payment of the fees herein specified, such vehicle shall be considered to be parked overtime in violation of this article and the owner or operator thereof shall be subject to the penalties set forth in this article.
