§ 23-51.1 ENTRY UPON STREET ENDS.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for a pedestrian or any other person at any time to enter upon the street ends or the beaches under the control of the village adjoining the street ends at Beach Road, Harbor Street, Hazel Avenue and Park Avenue; provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to paved paths crossing street ends and leading to beaches not under such control. The village manager shall cause to be placed appropriate signs or devices at such street ends indicating the same.

   (b)   Between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., it shall be unlawful for a pedestrian or other person to enter upon the street ends, or the beaches under the control of the village adjoining the street ends, at Dell Place, Maple Hill Road and South Avenue. The village manager shall cause to be placed appropriate signs or devices at such street ends indicating the same.
