THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 23-33 SAME - SAME - RENTAL AGENCIES.

All persons engaged in operating bicycle rental agencies for the purpose of renting or lending bicycles to patrons shall first obtain registration certificates and plates for such bicycles. Registration certificates and plates thus obtained by bicycle rental agencies shall not be transferred from one bicycle to another.
