§ 23-6 PERMITS FOR PARADES AND PROCESSIONS.
   No parade containing more than ten persons shall occupy, march or proceed along any street except pursuant to a permit issued by the village manager and such regulations as are set forth in this chapter which may apply. The applicant for such a permit shall apply for a permit 14 days preceding the parade. The village manager shall designate the parade route.
