§ 22A-3 FEES.

   (a)   Ambulance fee.

      (1)   Any resident of the Village of Glencoe shall pay fees as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule for:

         A.   Advanced life support (ALS) base level 1;

         B.   Advanced life support (ALS) base level 2; and

         C.   Basic life support (BLS).

      (2)   Any non-resident shall pay fees as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule for:

         A.   Advanced life support (ALS) base level 1;

         B.   Advanced life support (ALS) base level 2; and

         C.   Basic life support (BLS).

   (b)   Mileage fee. In addition to the fees set forth above, a mileage fee shall be assessed based on the one-way transport cost from the scene to the hospital. The rate per mile will be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule.
