§ 22-32 DESIGNATED BUSINESSES, RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS, OCCUPATIONS AND ACTIVITIES.

   The following businesses, retail establishments, occupations and activities are subject to the license requirement of this article:

   (a)   Ambulance services;

   (b)   Banks and bankers;

   (c)   Brokers, other than insurance or real estate brokers;

   (d)   Coffee houses;

   (e)   Community antenna television systems offices;

   (f)   Elevator operators;

   (g)   Fire extinguisher service, repair or refill;

   (h)   Heating, air conditioning and refrigeration contractors;

   (i)   Hospitals;

   (j)   Medical dispensaries;

   (k)   Pawnbroking shops;

   (l)   Porters;

   (m)   Sanitariums;

   (n)   Ticket agencies;

   (o)   Retailers permitted under article VIII, § 1(5) and 1(14) of the Glencoe zoning ordinance; and

   (p)   Intercity busses.
