No restaurant, retail, or service business establishment required to obtain a specific business license from the village pursuant to this Article II of Chapter 22 of the Village Code shall establish, maintain or encourage a policy, commonly known as “BYOB,” that allows patrons of establishment to bring into the establishment for consumption on the premises, any alcoholic beverages of any kind acquired off of the premises. Further, no restaurant, retail, or service business shall permit any patron to bring into the restaurant, retail, or service business any alcoholic beverages for purposes of consuming them on the premises.
