§ 22-24 COIN-OPERATED DEVICES AND VIDEO GAMES.
   (a)   No person shall establish or maintain any coin-operated device or video game without having been licensed to do so. Every person establishing or maintaining any such coin-operated device or video game shall annually pay a license fee as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule per business establishment.

   (b)   The term COIN-OPERATED DEVICE OR VIDEO GAME shall mean any self-service device offered for public use which, upon insertion of one or more coins or tokens, or by any other means, either dispenses a product or item not for human consumption or engages the operator in a game of skill or chance. The term COIN-OPERATED DEVICE OR VIDEO GAME shall not include machines that are subject to the license and fee provisions of chapter 33 of the code.
