§ 21-35 HEARINGS.
   The hearings provided for in this division shall be conducted by the health officer at a time and place he or she designates. Any oral testimony given at a hearing shall be reported verbatim, and the presiding officer shall make provision for sufficient copies of the transcript. The health officer shall make a final finding based upon the complete hearing record and shall sustain, modify or rescind any notice or order considered in the hearing. A written report of the hearing decision, including the reason(s) for such decision, shall be furnished to the holder of the permit to operate the retail food store or food service establishment, or to the person in charge, by the health officer within ten days after the hearing.
