THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 21-30 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall operate a retail food store or food service establishment without a valid permit to operate such retail food store or food service establishment issued to such person by the health officer. Such permit is not transferable. A valid permit shall be posted in every retail food store or food service establishment.
