The provisions of the 2013 Food Sanitation Code, as promulgated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Food Safety and Inspection Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, (hereinafter referred to as “Food Sanitation Code”) are hereby adopted, subject to the additions, deletions and/or modifications hereinafter set forth, as part of the rules and regulations for health and sanitation of food service establishments and food stores in the village. A copy of the Food Sanitation Code shall be on file in the office of the village clerk. The additions, deletions and/or modifications to the Food Service Sanitation Code as applicable in the village are as follows:
