§ 21-24 PROHIBITED WHEN DANGEROUS TO PUBLIC HEALTH.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful to permit any building, structure or place to be or remain in a condition in any way dangerous to the public health.
   (b)   Any such structure, building or place is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
