§ 21-16 POLLUTERS; CROSS-CONNECTIONS.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to pollute any watercourse or water supply in the village.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person to establish a cross-connection between the public water system of the village and other water system.
