The health officer shall take cognizance of all authoritative technical procedures that may be found effective in reducing the concentration of sensitizers of natural origin that may be in the air of the village. The board of health may, in its discretion, make rules and regulations to ensure the elimination or control of such air pollutants of natural origin.
