§ 21-6 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this division, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them by this section.
   ISOLATION. The separation of a person suffering from a communicable disease, a carrier of the infection organism or a person suspected of having such a disease or of being a carrier, from other persons in such places and under such conditions as will prevent the direct or indirect transmission of the infectious agent.
   QUARANTINE. The limitation of freedom of movement of any person who has been exposed to a communicable disease.
