§ 21-3 DUTY OF PERSONS TO REPORT DISEASES DANGEROUS TO PUBLIC HEALTH.
   It shall be the duty of every physician, dentist, other practitioner, hospital, attendant, nurse, laboratory, parent, householder, school authority or any other person having knowledge of a known or suspected case or carrier of communicable disease or communicable disease death or any other disease dangerous to the public health, shall report same immediately to the health officer.
