THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 21-1 DUTY OF HEALTH OFFICER TO KEEP RECORDS.

The health officer shall collect and keep records pertaining to abortions, miscarriages, stillbirths, births, illnesses, accidents and deaths relating to residents of the village and he or she shall prepare such indices therefrom as are useful in determining the health status of the village.
