§ 19-1 "FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY" DEFINED.
   As used in this article, the term FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY shall mean a fire insurance corporation, company or association not incorporated under the laws of the state and engaged in effecting fire insurance in the village.
