The annual fee for a license required by this article shall be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule. Such license shall include a license to operate one pump for dispensing motor fuel without additional charge. For each additional pump operated in connection with such garage, an additional fee shall be charged as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule. No license shall be issued until each fee is paid.
