Each filling station shall be inspected at least twice every year by the fire chief or some person duly authorized by him or her to make such inspection, who shall see that the premises are maintained in compliance with this code and other ordinances of the village, and shall see that there is no dangerous accumulation of waste or other combustible material on the premises, and shall report to the village manager any violation of this code and other ordinances which may be discovered during such inspections.
