The application for a license for the business of managing, conducting or carrying on a filling station shall conform to the general provisions of this code and the other ordinances of the village relating to applications for licenses, and shall specify the location of the building, structure, premises, enclosure or other place in which it is proposed to keep such filling station and the capacities in gallons of the containers and tanks. Every such application shall be made to the village manager, and shall be approved by the fire chief before a license is issued.
