§ 12-16 INSPECTIONS; REPORTS OF VIOLATIONS OF ARTICLE.
   It shall be the duty of the health officer or some other official designated by the village manager to inspect or cause to be inspected every establishment licensed under this article at least once every six months. Any violations of the terms of this article shall be reported to the village manager.
